I did this and I did that, Bush is guilty of this and that.  Again he wants to put gitmo terrorist in prison in the US.  Well, he might want to rethink that with the NYC terrorist that were caught.  They were in US prison and became muslims in out prisons.  So go ahead, stick the hard core terrorist in our prisons and let them recruit even more domestic terrorists.  But this time they will have more money and more resources backing them up.

Obama talked about the US Constitution and the Bill of Rights, but he has just about shredded both.

Cheney was very forthright and direct.  He explained every detail and how the Obama administration is holding out on the memos to show the information that was received.  Bush-Cheney did keep us safe, but I’m not sure we will be able to say the same for the Obama years.

Obama claims Gitmo gives the terrorist reasons to fight us, but they already have a reason, our freedom.  They didn’t have Gitmo before they attached.  They do not like the freedoms we have.  Hopefully this administration will not take our freedom away.

The best part, the MSM is covering it.  I guess since it is not Obama trying to deny ever knowing about waterboarding, its news.  Now if they would just release the memos Chaney wants so we can know “the rest of the story”.

Most of the pubic knows that if the CIA calls a meeting to discuss EIT’s, they are using it already or they are going to start using it.  Why would someone discuss a precedure with you and not use it?

If Pelosi is so upset over waterboarding, then where was the protest at the meetings?  She could have cut-off the funds, or wrote a letter to the CIA just like Harmon did.  Of course she couldn’t play the blame game now if she did.  Every thing to her is “Bush’s fault”.

Gee, guess someone should have done more investigation into closing Gitmo.   After his lawyers started investigating the cases, they have come to the conclusion that, hey, we need the commission. 

Of course Holder is having problems finding other countries to take the terrorists.

Hot Air is waiting for an apology, maybe one released to the press after close on Friday like this announcement was.  I don’t think they are holding their breath, tho.

Spector, siting 200,000 Republicans switched to Democrat in the 2008 primary, said he was more inline with their political philosophy.   Gee, didn’t he just ask those Republicans to switch back from Democratic party  so they could vote for him in the 2010 primary?  Guess he was afraid they still would not want him.

What would you expect from a RINO like Spector.  He is more concerned with his re-election, and what he wants then what the people of Pennsylvania wants.

If al-Qaeda, the Taliban and the rest of the Looney Tunes brigade want to kick America to death, they had better move in quickly and grab a piece of the action before Barack Obama finishes the job himself. Never in the history of the United States has a president worked so actively against the interests of his own people - not even Jimmy Carter.

Obama’s problem is that he does not know who the enemy is. To him, the enemy does not squat in caves in Waziristan, clutching automatic weapons and reciting the more militant verses from the Koran: instead, it sits around at tea parties in Kentucky quoting from the US Constitution. Obama is not at war with terrorists, but with his Republican fellow citizens. He has never abandoned the campaign trail.

That is why he opened Pandora’s Box by publishing the Justice Department’s legal opinions on waterboarding and other hardline interrogation techniques. He cynically subordinated the national interest to his partisan desire to embarrass the Republicans. Then he had to rush to Langley, Virginia to try to reassure a demoralised CIA that had just discovered the President of the United States was an even more formidable foe than al-Qaeda.

What can I add?  But lets add the last paragraph…

President Pantywaist’s recent world tour, cosying up to all the bad guys, excited the ambitions of America’s enemies. Here, they realised, is a sucker they can really take to the cleaners. His only enemies are fellow Americans. Which prompts the question: why does President Pantywaist hate America so badly?

What we have to do is target the real evil-doers in this business, the employers who consistently hire illegal labor, the human traffickers who are exploiting human misery.

And yes, when we find illegal workers, yes, appropriate action, some of which is criminal, most of that is civil, because crossing the border is not a crime per se. It is civil. But anyway, going after those as well.

Now this is part of the problem with the illegal immigrants in this country.  They know when and if they are caught, nothing is done to them.  They still get to stay, they still get health care, their kids get a free education, no taxes, no problems.
