The phone lines for Congress are usually busy.  They say the calls are 10 to 1 against the spendulus package.  It does make you wonder if anyone is listening.

But still we must keep trying, we have to let them know that sooner or later they will be back for our vote.  If no one is listening in DC, then we vote for someone who will listen.
