Is seems the Minnesota recount is just about done. Al Franken lost his bid to get the panel to add the rejected votes to the recount. According to the recount rules, you can only include what was counted to begin with. You cannot add rejected ballots to the recount.
With about 15% of the recount left, unless some miracle happens, it seems Franken has lost his bid to the Senate.
