Apparently there have been several searches into Joe’s private life.  Looks like about 3 separate searches. 

Hot Air and Michelle Malkin both have stories about a Toledo police clerk, Julie McConnell,  who has been charged.   Michelle has an update the clerk was doing a favor for a reporter. 

Hot Air also have a story about an Ohio state agency director, Helen Jones-Kelly, who decided to check out Joe because she was curious.  She is also a Democrat who has donated the maximum about to Obama’s campaign.

The third search was conducted by an outside contractor with access to the Attorney General’s test account.

Joe, who is now campaigning for John McCain, has contacted a lawyer and may sue.   All Joe did was ask a question to Barack Obama, which is more than the MSM has done in the 19 months he has been campaigning for President.

Before Joe said his preference for President was private, but between the Obama campaign and the MSM, it looks like now it is official.  Joe the Plumber is for John McCain. 

On a side note:  A grassroots effort to get Joe to run for congress has been in the works for a couple of weeks,  Joe said he is considering it.
