So the Democrats were going to reform Washington.  Guess they forgot to look the word up.  

In August 2007, the House closed the vote on immigration reform and said it failed when the Republicans actually prevailed.  yeas 215 nays 213, in favor of the Republicans.  The House spent $500,000 to prove the vote was stolen. 

So, now what?   What kind of punishment do they get?  If it was the other way around and the Republicans stole the vote we would never hear the end of it and they would want to punish someone for it!
